Nut-Tritious Foods, LLC
Nut-Tritious is a small local business, employing five workers. Ken Condliff, the Chief Nutty Officer, oversees production and distribution of a variety of walnut, cashew, pecan, almond, chocolate-hazelnut, macadamia, sunflower and pumpkin-seed specialty nut butters. The fresh nut butters contain no dairy or glutens and are blended with sunflower seeds for increased nutrition then finished with agave nectar. The Nut-Tritious products can now be found in five Vancouver stores and nineteen Portland area stores.
